Why This Team

Three things that are true here and nowhere else in this valley.

01
Experience Makes The Expert
The Top Performing Team In The Market

If you are considering buying or selling in the Winter Park market, it's a significant investment. You deserve to work with the very best.

02
Ten Licensed Professionals
A True Team Experience

When you work with us, you get a 10-person team of dedicated, licensed real estate professionals delivering superior results and a world-class experience, instead of a single agent doing it all in between showings. We have subject matter experts advocating for you through each phase of the process.

03
The Only Team Invested Across All Of It
The Full Spectrum Of Winter Park Real Estate

Buyers, sellers, investors, home design and construction, real estate development and short term rental property management. No other team in this market is invested across the entire spectrum.

The Fraser Valley
Hire The Market, Not A Friend With A License

A Denver Agent
Cannot Do This Job

The Colorado Association of REALTORS® is explicit about it: stay inside your geographic area of expertise. Winter Park is a separate market with a separate MLS, its own HOA rules, its own lenders and its own short-term rental regulations. Bringing an agent up from the Front Range costs sellers real money and costs buyers the deal.

A different MLS entirely

Winter Park is not on the Denver MLS. An agent from the Front Range cannot see local sale price trends, days on market, list-to-sold ratios or months of supply. We read them every day, on every property.

Relationships that move deals

Every broker in this valley knows each other. Deals get negotiated on trust. Out-of-market agents get treated as outsiders, and the local side ends up doing both jobs.

Vendors who answer the phone

Inspectors, surveyors, title, builders, tradespeople, property managers. In a mountain market in February, knowing who actually shows up is the difference between closing and not.

Lenders who understand mountain property

Nonconforming condos and mountain construction break big-bank underwriting. We know which lenders close here, and which ones fall apart a week before closing.

The Team Approach

Ten licensed professionals. A specialist at every stage, instead of one agent doing all of it badly.

01
Search

We listen first. We learn your goals and guide you to the right opportunities.

02
Contract

We craft a strong offer and negotiate the best terms on your behalf.

03
Inspection

We coordinate inspections and due diligence to protect your investment.

04
Negotiation

We manage every detail and negotiate with your best interests in mind.

05
Closing

We oversee a seamless closing so you can enjoy what comes next.

A Team, Not A Solo Agent

Getting a property under contract is about a quarter of the work.

The other seventy-five percent -- inspection and objection, negotiation, title, due diligence and HOA nuance -- happens after. That is where a transaction succeeds or falls apart, and it is exactly where a solo agent runs out of hours. Roughly twenty agents do more than eighty percent of the business in this market, out of four to five hundred who transact here each year. We are one of them, and we are a team of ten rather than one person with a phone.

Two owners, four Mountain Property Specialists, dedicated transaction management and finance. $835 million closed and 852 transactions over the past decade, all of it in Grand County.

More than twelve real estate attorneys, and a number of licensed agents, have hired this team to buy or sell their own property in Grand County. That is the endorsement we are proudest of.
